The room was spacious with a nice kitchen setup. Loved having a regular-sized fridge for snacks and drinks. Plus, I felt secure throughout my stay, which is a biggie for me.

However, the carpets looked like they had seen a few too many dance parties, and the shower was an absolute diva—never knew it could be so dramatic! Next time, I’ll bring my own cleaning crew.

He went out of his way to help me print an important document when I needed it, making my stay much smoother. However, the carpets in the hotel and the room were old and needed a good cleaning. I expected the room to be clean and fresh when I arrived, but the state of the carpet was disappointing. It would really improve the experience if the hotel invested in updating the carpets and furniture. I could also see how a little more attention to cleanliness could significantly boost their ratings.
